We are an established, fast-growing, integrated medical office, located in downtown Ogden, dedicated to offering our patients individually tailored treatment plans. Patients visit us for numerous services that can create a better function and enhance their overall wellness and health.
You are responsible for the flow of patients through our office, ensuring that patient paperwork is completed, and an initial consultation has been performed. You will route patients through the correct services and coordinating care closely with our medical providers. You will develop and follow a tracking system for patients to ensure performance goals are achieved on a weekly basis.
At least 1 year of medical office employment, preferably as a medical assistant
Prefer some experience with injections and phlebotomy
Ability to work quickly and effectively in a busy office with multiple service providers and programs
Understanding of medical terminology and the general back-end processes in a medical clinic
Maintain a high level of communication with exceptional clarity and empathy towards patients
Organized management of the overall care plans of patients, exam schedules and ongoing paperwork
Maintain knowledge of services and products to introduce new or different approaches to healthcare for existing and new patients
Perform computer skills in billing, transcription, scheduling, insurance claims and general word processing and data entry
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are highly organized and thrive on being competent
You have a good tolerance for high-pressure work situations

Dependent upon experience, this position ranges from $10-$15 per hour. We offer a shortened schedule on Fridays, Holidays off, and in-house treatment benefits. We provide on-the-job instruction and any additional training you may need to perform your responsibilities in the office.
